Pastor Jerry Gilmore joined Crossroads as Sr. Pastor/Lead Missionary in January of 2011. He has experience in the business world in information technology and consulting. In 2005, he accepted God's call on his life to full time ministry.

Prior to 2005, Pastor Jerry ministered through music as a concert soloist and as a member of a group called, The Envoys. He has also been leading worship or serving on worship teams or choirs for much of his life.

In 2006, Pastor Jerry served as Worship Leader and Church Administrator for a Southern Baptist church in Rock Hill, SC. In 2008, Jerry went on to become the Worship & Youth Pastor for a Nazarene church in Ocala, FL. It was in Ocala that Pastor Jerry decided to move from music and worship into pastoral ministry.

In November of 2010, Jerry received the invitation to become a pastoral candidate for Crossroads Wesleyan Church in Lancaster, PA. The church unanimously called Jerry to become the pastor of Crossroads. Jerry, his wife Linda, and their youngest son Josh, made the move from Florida to Pennsylvania and began pastoral work at Crossroads on January 2, 2011.

Pastor Jerry & Linda have two sons, John and Josh. Their oldest son, John, is married to Sarah and they live in Aurora, IL. John and Sarah have blessed Jerry and Linda with two grandsons; Micah (01/2008) and Joel (06/2011). Josh works for Wells Fargo Bank at a Call Center in Reading, PA.

Other than the business training and expertise that Pastor Jerry has received, he has been trained in pastoral ministry through Mid-America Nazarene University, Nazarene Bible College, and the Wesleyan Church's FLAME program of their Education and The Ministry Department. He is currently licensed to serve as pastor in the Wesleyan Church. He expects to be fully ordained in 2013.
